Growth Marketing Manager, Meta Ads

Responsibilities

• We’re seeking a data‐driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands. You’ll lead performance across media channels, funnel optimization, and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets.
• Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals.
• Optimize the entire funnel—from ad creative to checkout and upsell—to maximize customer value and profitability.
• Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel, ensuring brand consistency.
• Prioritize improvements weekly/bi‐weekly using a 20/80 framework.
• Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‐click funnel software.
• Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank‐you page.
• +5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies—particularly in e‐commerce or consumer products.
• Experience managing six‐figure monthly ad spend across Meta Ads.
• Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions.
