CreedRoomz is looking for a Chat Moderator who will monitor the process of games and the contents of the chat with solid knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live game sessions to ensure a smooth and fair gaming experience.
- Oversee chat interactions to maintain a respectful and professional environment.
- Provide real-time assistance to players by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Detect and address inappropriate behavior, including blocking users who violate chat policies.
- Report technical or non-technical issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution by the appropriate department.
- Generate reports based on chat monitoring, highlighting complaints, player feedback, and areas for improvement.
