Head of Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Manage investment portfolios
• Develop and implement investment strategies for institutional and private clients, covering asset allocation, security selection, portfolio construction and rebalancing in line with investment objectives, risk appetite and liquidity needs.
• Lead investment research: Analyse economic developments, local and international markets, issuers and investment opportunities, with particular emphasis on fixed income.
• Translate research, credit analysis and valuation into actionable investment recommendations.
• Oversee risk and performance
• Monitor portfolio exposures, investment limits and performance; conduct stress testing and performance attribution, recommend corrective actions and report to investment committees, management and clients.
• Develop investment products
• Lead the design, launch and ongoing management of investment funds, model portfolios and tailored mandates, coordinating product structure, investment guidelines, pricing and implementation with relevant teams.
• Support business growth: Work with wealth management and distribution teams to attract and retain assets under management, develop investment proposals and participate in client presentations and portfolio reviews.
