We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of a core module of a workforce intelligence platform in the EdTech business domain. The team operates in an AI-first / AI-native delivery model, leveraging an end-to-end agentic pipeline with human quality gates (architecture, correctness, security/privacy, performance, testing).
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end features across backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (React/TypeScript)
- Work in an AI-first agentic delivery pipeline (implementation/refactoring/testing/documentation) with human quality gates (architecture, correctness, security/privacy, performance)
- Build and evolve skills/agents/workflows in Claude Code CLI
- Deploy and operate microservices on AWS + Kubernetes
- Build React UI (feature-based architecture) with TypeScript/Vite, integrate REST APIs (contribute to OpenAPI), manage server state with React Query
- Ensure accessibility, test coverage, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions with cross-functional teams
