We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer & ERP Integration Architect to develop and manage RefLAB's digital infrastructure. The primary objective is to build a modern B2B & B2C e-commerce website, fully integrate it with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, migrate our existing ERP operations from Odoo, and automate business processes to minimize manual data entry.

Responsibilities

Website & E-Commerce Development
Design, develop, and maintain a modern, secure, and scalable B2B & B2C e-commerce website.
Implement customer registration, authentication, product catalogs, advanced search, and customer-specific pricing.
Develop online ordering, quotations, payment processing, automated invoicing, and customer account management.
Implement customer portals for order history, payment status, shipment tracking, and document downloads.
Ensure website performance, responsive design, SEO, security, and reliability.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & ERP Development
Lead the migration from Odoo to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including data migration, system configuration, customization, and testing.
Develop and configure ERP functionality for procurement, inventory, warehouse management, sales, finance, and order fulfillment.
Implement product, batch/lot, expiration-date, and inventory traceability systems.
