Product Marketing Lead, Payor

Responsibilities

• 1. Payor Narrative & Audience Packaging
• Partner hand-in-hand with General Managers to translate complex AI Care platform capabilities into compelling solution packages tailored to Commercial Health Plans, Public Sector, and Labor/Unions.
• Packaging & Contracting Alignment: Take our overarching AI Care story and turn it into clear product packaging, value-based models, and solution offerings designed for payor contracting, ASO/FI structures, and trust fund requirements.
• Actionable Buyer Mapping & Sales Plays: Map the complex payor buying matrix and translate those insights into actionable sales playbooks, RFP narrative blocks, pitch tracks, and objection toolkits that accelerate long-cycle payor deals.
• 2. Audience Positioning, Messaging & Asset Creation
• Tailored Value Prop Development
• Build sharp, differentiation-focused messaging frameworks that clearly articulate population health impact, cost-of-care reduction, accessibility, and clinical outcomes for payor audiences.
• Rapid Messaging & Asset Testing: Continuously test, iterate, and refine positioning across payor channels, health plan pitch meetings, and RFP responses based on real-time market feedback.
• High-Impact Content Creation
• Own the production of Payor GTM assets end-to-end, from executive pitch decks and clinical impact summaries to RFP content blocks and partnership guides.
