Converse Bank is looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and be responsible for the organization, planning, and technical execution of email communications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure, schedule, and execute email communications.
- Work daily with email/CRM systems and administrative panels (Admin Panel).
- Work with technical instructions and texts.
- Monitor the results of email communications and track key performance indicators.
- Conduct initial investigation of technical issues and, where necessary, escalate them to the relevant team.
- Perform technical checks and quality control of email campaigns.
- Plan communications and maintain the Content Calendar.
- Support other digital communication processes as needed.
