We are seeking an experienced Python Development Team Lead with a specialization in AI technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, Python, and other associated technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the team in developing the agentic platform and AI solutions
- Coordinate with the Solution Architect to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems and platforms
- Offer technical direction, support, and mentorship to team developers
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and adherence to development practices
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure platform reliability and performance
- Stay informed about AI development trends and incorporate advancements into projects
- Engage in project planning, time estimation, and risk assessment initiatives
- Deliver clear communication to team members and stakeholders to convey solutions and gather insights
