Responsibilities
Key impact on the product
You will design and evolve quality-evaluation pipelines for every component of an AI chat built on LLM models and agentic systems. Your work will directly affect the user experience and the product's development.
NLP for international markets
You will take part in developing multilingual models and adapting solutions to the specifics of different countries. Our team already has a track record of building solutions for a specific market. Now our goal is to learn to scale those solutions as efficiently as possible and launch the AI chat in a new country within two weeks.
Working together with the product and engineering teams
You will work closely with product managers and other teams, taking part not only in engineering but also in product decisions. You will be able to influence what we build and how, propose your own ideas and see their results in the product.
