At INDG, we create photoreal digital content for brands like Adidas, On Running, Puma, Wilson, and Hugo Boss. We're looking for a Technical CG Lead to supervise and own the technical side of how we get there - across CGI, AI, pipeline, and process.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve our technical pipeline - tooling, automation, data flows, and standards.
- Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on better ways of working.
- Bring focus and direction to our AI exploration.
- Spot bottlenecks early and turn them into scalable fixes.
- Get hands-on when it counts, then turn what works into practice for the wider team.
- Shape the technical and production roles we need as we grow.
- Keep us current and competitive in the ever-evolving world of tech.
