Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Imagine Live's digital marketing activities across multiple channels and international markets
• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, helping establish best practices, processes, and performance standards
• Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives that improve marketing performance, efficiency, and impact
• Work closely with content, design, product, sales, and management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations
• Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools, automation solutions, and modern workflows to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, website performance, and marketing operations
• Contribute new ideas, challenge assumptions, and continuously look for ways to improve results
