SMM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with FeedConstruct's marketing objectives and brand guidelines
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other relevant channels
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent communication and timely publication
• Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining the company's brand voice
• Collaborate with the design, content, product, and marketing teams to produce high-quality social media campaigns and promotional materials
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media activities
• Assist in the planning and execution of online events, campaigns, and product launches
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media when required
