Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Frameworks & Operations
• Direct continuous tracking, auditing, and real-time monitoring of regulatory workflows to ensure alignment across B2B and B2C operations.
• Establish robust testing frameworks and supervise a dedicated team of compliance monitors.
• Risk Reporting & Corrective Actions
• Immediately flag potential compliance breaches or systemic gaps and formulate action plans.
• Report risk insights directly to department leadership, ensuring immediate corrective actions are taken to maintain operational integrity.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
