As Senior Product Manager of Document Management, you will be responsible for agent-led content management, guiding customers through agentic workflows to generate and maintain documents and procedures tailored to their business. Today, this process is slow, manual, and often stressful for companies.
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic document, policies, and procedure creation and editing workflows, as well as agentic gap assessments
- Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns—across chat, inline actions, and background automations—that make the Agent reliable, explainable, and safe
- Deliver high-quality products that addresses key customer pain points and establishes Vanta’s leadership in AI powered GRC solutions
- Communicate with clarity and influence—both written and verbal—with team members, stakeholders, and executives
