Leasing Operations Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new leasing sub-products based on market demand and customer needs
• Analyze the market and identify new growth opportunities that can contribute to sales expansion
• Establish and develop partnerships with suppliers, ensuring exclusive or preferential terms for customers
• Develop joint offers with suppliers to drive sales volumes
• Attract new financial partners and funding sources to enhance the competitiveness of leasing programs
• Collaborate with government authorities and programs to utilize subsidies, co-financing, and other support mechanisms
• Organize and conduct product presentations, campaigns, and sales promotion activities
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective marketing and implementation of the developed solutions
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets through the implementation of new tools and mechanisms
• Develop the Bank’s leasing services sales by creating new sub-products, establishing mutually beneficial and/or exclusive partnerships with suppliers, attracting new sources of financing, and effectively utilizing government programs.
