• Own the Global AR Month-End Close: Autonomously lead the monthly close cycle for Global AR balances, preparing end-to-end subledger-to-GL reconciliations, roll-forward schedules, unbilled revenue, deferred revenue adjustments, contra-AR, complex close accruals, and AR management reporting with clear analysis of…
• Lead AI & Automation Adoption
• Lead the identification, design, and adoption of AI and automation opportunities across AR accounting workflows, leveraging Databricks, LLMs, and advanced analytics to automate manual reconciliations, improve accrual accuracy, strengthen controls, and accelerate period closes.
• Maintain Balance Sheet Integrity
• Own AR subledger integrity, flux analyses, variance explanations, and period-over-period movement schedules, providing clear management insights into AR trends, material movements, and key balance sheet drivers for senior Finance leadership.
• Drive Audit Readiness & SOX Controls
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers and process documentation; serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding AR schedules, walkthroughs, and audit request responses.
