Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and Group policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and coordinate external audits.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, and variance analysis.
• Ensure full tax compliance and effective financial risk management.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management.
• Maintain strong internal controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial governance.
• Lead ERP and treasury system implementations, including Oracle ERP deployment.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Manage, coach, and develop the finance team.
• Act as the primary liaison with Head Office Finance teams.
