Carry out preparatory work with borrowers, assess borrowers' businesses and carry out monitoring, including organising the disbursement and collection of loans through visits to communities, drawing up and maintaining loan documents and files, supporting the administrative and operational management of the office, supporting the realisation of the organisation's mission and the development of its strategy, submitting required reports, and, within its competence, complying with the requirements of the organisation's policies, regulations and other internal legal acts
