Product Leader (Mobile UX/UI)

Responsibilities

• Mobile Experience Strategy: Define and evolve the UX/UI strategy for the mobile app, prioritizing simplicity, speed, and intuitive navigation that aligns with the needs of Near Prime customers.
• Customer Journey
• Design: Architect and optimize end-to-end customer journeys within the app — from onboarding and first use to regular product interaction, limit management, and repeat transactions.
• Own the CJM across all touchpoints.
• Product Metrics & User Behavior
• Analyze in-app user behavior (funnels, screen flows, usage scenarios). Track and improve conversion rates for key actions (activation, product application, repeat visits) and identify interface bottlenecks through data.
• Design Process Leadership
• Partner closely with UX/UI designers.
• Set clear tasks, ensure high quality of mockups and prototypes, facilitate user testing, and maintain design consistency across all app features.
