Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for your product domain, partnering with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions, and deciding the best design approach to reach business goals.
• Drive data-informed decisions: form hypotheses with our UX
• Research and Analytics teams, run tests, and turn user behavior into actionable insights.
• Raise consistency across portals, widgets, and admin tools while working through complex technical dependencies.
• Design for edge cases and business logic, not just the happy path, so complex flows hold up at scale.
• Champion accessibility by designing intuitive, inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG standards.
