Responsibilities

Act as a Strategic Thought
Partner: Establish yourself as an indispensable, embedded partner to sales and GTM leaders by aligning talent priorities directly with business outcomes.
Drive Creative Problem-Solving: Acts with urgency, proactively diagnosing team, manager, and organizational needs, and recommends business aligned solutions.
Execute Core Talent Programs
Drive continuous talent management, compensation/reward programs, and retention strategies designed to lower attrition in high-volume GTM environments.
Collaborate Across the People Function
Partner seamlessly with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and COEs to build, scale, and seamlessly deliver strategic people solutions.
Champion Samsara's Culture: Role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success
Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Connect in Person: Travel roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites, business strategy meetings, and key team gatherings.
