Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Creating job descriptions and announcements
• Recruiting candidates using databases, social networks, professional websites and platforms
• Coordinating, organizing and conducting interviews and testing schedules
• Participation in recruitment strategy planning and software implementation
• Organization of employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Engagement and participation in HR marketing events
• Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Staff.am, etc
• Taking part in organizing company's participation in career fairs and related events
• Evaluating candidates for final hiring decisions and designing competitive job offers in collaboration with hiring managers
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of talent acquisition improvement.
