This role will play a critical part in scaling our new semi-service advertising model — managing the client experience from campaign setup through execution and reporting, while helping shape the processes, products, and workflows that will support Marketplace as it expands into new markets. The ideal candidate will be excited to build something new, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a fast, seamless, and effective experience for local advertisers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Axios standards.
- Maintain high standards for client experience by ensuring timely communication when providing updates and post-campaign performance reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Sales, Editorial) to improve processes and enhance the client and reader experience.
- Maintain internal tracking documents for all listings, promotions, and communications.
