Digital Platforms Partnerships Director

Responsibilities

• Drive the expansion and strategic development of EPAM’s key digital platform partnerships across EMEA
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across strategic technology partners and their wider ecosystems
• Co-create and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline, open new client opportunities and accelerate revenue growth
• Identify whitespace opportunities where partner capabilities can be combined with EPAM’s consulting, engineering, data and digital expertise
• Partner with business units, sales, industry leaders, solution teams and marketing to develop strategic account and market growth plans and work with EPAM solution experts to shape differentiated joint propositions and offerings around key digital platforms
• Connect partner strategy into broader client transformation agendas, including customer experience, commerce, marketing technology and digital engagement
• Set and track KPIs around partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue and joint client success
• Represent EPAM at industry events, executive forums and partner summits to strengthen market visibility and senior relationships
• Lead strategic partner planning, governance and QBRs, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and measurable outcomes
• Maintain strong awareness of the evolving digital platforms ecosystem, emerging technologies and competitive landscape
