Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to ensure sustainable and stable business growth
- Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models
- Continuously adjust market strategy based on competitive landscape and market shifts
- P2P Merchant & Ecosystem Management
- Design and optimize advertiser (merchant) onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures
- Maintain close engagement with key merchants to ensure liquidity depth and spread competitiveness
- Improve completion rate, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performance
- Develop structured management frameworks for regional merchant operations
