We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Operations Manager to join our team directly within the Office of the CEO. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic operational bridge between the CEO and key organizational departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute strategic projects initiated by the CEO from inception to delivery
- Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely completion across cross-functional teams
- Evaluate operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements to maximize overall efficiency
- Serve as the central operational bridge connecting key departments
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure all business units remain aligned with executive strategy
- Conduct systematic task follow-ups to ensure deliverables assigned by the CEO are completed on schedule
- Apply strong mathematical and analytical skills to assess operational metrics, key performance indicators, and gaming analytics
- Conduct quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data evaluation to support strategic business cases
- Prepare comprehensive reports, executive summaries, and data visualizations for executive decision-making
- Organize executive workflows, draft briefing materials, and prepare agenda items for high-level meetings
