Internal Communications Manager, Go-To-Market

Responsibilities

• Embed with GTM leadership. Serve as the go-to comms partner to Engine's Chief Business Officer and leaders across Partnerships, Business Development, Sales and Expansion, building deep understanding of their teams, priorities, and communication needs.
• Translate strategy into clarity. Turn GTM strategy into clear, compelling communications that resonate across the commercial org and the broader company.
• Drive comms plans for the moments that matter.
• Own the comms strategy and execution for major GTM moments: sales kickoffs, QBRs, incentive rollouts, org changes, leadership transitions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Craft the narrative. Write and produce materials for GTM all-hands, town halls, leader videos, executive memos, and manager cascades.
• Operate cross-functionally.
• Partner with Product Delivery, Marketing, People, and Finance to ensure GTM comms land with consistency, energy, and impact.
• Coach leaders.
• Support GTM leaders on their own communications, from written memos to live all-hands.
• Build with AI.
