SMM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop a social media strategy in line with the company's marketing goals and brand identity, and on this basis prepare a content plan.
• Propose ideas for posts, photo series, videos and animations, and write post texts and video scripts.
• Prepare clear creative briefs for graphic designers, photographers, camera operators and animators.
• Work closely with the specialists creating visual content, coordinate their work, provide feedback, and make sure the final material matches the idea, the brand style and the quality requirements.
• Regularly visit Flash fuel stations and Express Shops to create Story and Reel content on site using a phone.
• Plan and technically correctly publish content on Facebook and Instagram, checking texts, formats, links and publishing settings.
• Ensure communication with the audience by responding promptly to comments and private messages.
• Monitor competitors' activity on social media and local and international trends, and propose and test new formats suited to the brand.
• Regularly analyse the results of pages and content, prepare reports and propose improvements.
• Agree priorities, campaigns and expected results with the team.
