SMM Specialist

Responsibilities

• In partnership with digital marketing team, develop and implement social media strategy and editorial content plan to engage target audiences camp; industry experts through a cadence of daily posts and activities across all relevant social channels and platforms.
• Work directly with SMM Team
• Lead, in-house designers and copywriter to ensure creative objectives are being met.
• Write, edit and publish content on social media channels, leveraging social media management (SMM) systems and marketing automation tools/software.
• Plan and manage all ad campaigns on social media, particularly on IG and Facebook.
• Actively report, track and optimize performance of social media channels.
• Make recommendations and provide updates to the Team
• Work closely with platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and vendors (e.g. agencies) to identify opportunities.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Keep track of the latest social media news and trends.
