Responsibilities
- develop and implement communication plans and activities aligned with the Bank’s business objectives and brand strategy
- create and coordinate communication content for internal and external channels, including website, social media, press releases and other communication platforms
- monitor media coverage, market trends and public perception of the Bank, analyze collected data
- support the organization and promotion of the Bank’s events, campaigns and initiatives
- support internal communication activities aimed at keeping employees informed and engaged
- monitor the implementation and effectiveness of communication activities, prepare reports and recommendations to manager.
