We are looking for a Global Technical Talent Lead to own hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will lead Talent leaders and partner with senior engineering, growth, and research leaders to build the teams powering ElevenLabs.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a cohesive global recruiting organization. Coach and develop Talent leaders, establish clear accountability for results, and allocate resources across disciplines and markets as priorities change.
- Build shared practices for talent mapping, sourcing, candidate experience, and closing while developing the specialist expertise each talent market requires.
