As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You’ll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Employee Experience & Lifecycle
- Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience across the Czech Republic.
- Complex Employee Relations & Terminations
- Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
- Partner Management
- Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
- International HR & Consultation: Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
- In-Country Expertise: Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in EMEA to provide actionable guidance.
- Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
