This role leads international delivery projects and program implementations, coordinating timelines, resources, stakeholders and dependencies. The role partners closely with Business Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support client commitments while clarifying delivery needs and coordinating coach expertise.
Responsibilities
- International Coaching Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Careerminds' international coaching network, ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions and languages.
- Lead projects and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
- Manage coach capacity planning and workforce readiness to support business growth and client demand.
- Oversee participant assignment processes and coach matching to ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved.
- Coach Network Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for a global community of contract coaches throughout EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Facilitate regular group touchpoints with the coach community to share updates, best practices and strengthen engagement.
- Develop and implement community as well as professional development initiatives that foster connection, knowledge sharing and alignment with Careerminds' delivery methodology.
- Identify coach network training needs and partner with the Training Team.
