Position Summary The AppSec Sales Engineer is the technical liaison who bridges sales and engineering, expertly articulating the technology and product positioning of our AI-Native DevSecOps platform to executive, business, and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class platform presentations and demos focused on Application Security Testing and Runtime Protection as part of the larger DevSecOps landscape.
- Evangelize the benefits of the Harness AI-Native DevSecOps platform, highlighting its AppSec and API/AI Security capabilities, including SCA, SAST, DAST, and runtime protection
- Connect business security risks and compliance problems to technical solutions within the end-to-end DevSecOps pipeline.
- Drive complex technical engagements, such as workshops and POVs, to prove Harness's value in securing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from code to operation, including API and AI workflows.
