Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
Strong understanding of market research and strategic business development
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficient in CRM tools and sales software
Analytical mindset and ability to track and measure KPIs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business environments
