We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic accounts
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and commercial offers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM reporting
- Mentor and support junior sales team members when required
