Property & Operations Manager (Pre-opening) - WIN Business Centre

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-opening preparations and maintain operational readiness plans, checklists and task trackers.
• Monitor the readiness of office floors, common areas, reception, parking facilities and other operational zones.
• Work with construction teams, contractors, suppliers and technical specialists to track outstanding work, address defects and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Coordinate the planning and readiness of operational equipment, furniture, supplies and other opening requirements.
• Coordinate operational inspections, building system testing and handovers with the relevant technical specialists.
• Develop and implement SOPs, service standards and operational workflows.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of operational personnel, coordinate team schedules and monitor performance.
• Oversee daily reception, security, cleaning, maintenance and other building services.
• Conduct regular property inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety, equipment functionality and overall presentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs, and monitor the performance and service quality of external contractors and suppliers.
