Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary HR partner to leaders and employees across multiple teams and departments
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, team dynamics, employee development and difficult conversations
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, documentation and appropriate follow-through
• Coordinate employee terminations from planning and documentation through the termination conversation, final pay and offboarding
• Lead compensation analysis for offers, promotions, annual reviews and other employee changes in partnership with Finance, Recruiting and leadership
• Review offer letters and employment agreements and partner with Recruiting on compensation strategy
• Guide and approve HR transactions, including job changes, promotions, relocations, leaves, and other employee actions
• Partner with Legal on sensitive employment matters, including risk mitigation, employment-related research, investigations, and contract language
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and practices across the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, and other supported regions
• Coordinate with strategic EOR and PEO partners to support employees in countries where Keeper does not have a direct employment structure
