Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and implement the Group’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the holding’s vision, mission, and growth plans.
• ● Establish a unified HR framework that integrates best local and international practices from IT, finance, construction, gaming, and agriculture.
• ● Define optimal organizational structures for efficiency and scalability across the group.
• Drive organizational transformation by implementing modern HR processes, policies, and technological solutions including AI.
• Partner with CEOs of each subsidiary to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning●
• Oversee group-wide talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across diverse sectors within the holding.
• Lead executive recruitment and onboarding for group and subsidiary leadership roles.
• ● Introduce new testing tools for hiring processes.
