Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department
• Build, manage and develop a team of real estate sales professionals
• Set sales targets and monitor their achievement
• Develop and continuously improve sales processes
• Distribute incoming leads and monitor client management
• Oversee the maintenance of the client database and CRM system
• Conduct regular sales meetings and analyze team performance
• Train, develop and motivate team members
• Ensure high standards of client communication and service
• Participate in negotiations with key clients
