Responsibilities
- Act as the expert system administrator for Veeva’s clients, managing hands-on configurations including lifecycles, complex workflows, document types, fields, security profiles, and page layouts
- Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform system configuration changes
- Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
