We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong mix of technical proficiency, business analysis, and project management skills. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, plan, refine, and deliver digital projects across core products and custom implementations.
Responsibilities
- Process and prioritise incoming integration requests from Unipesa clients.
- Review providers’ APIs and payment flows, provide effort estimations, and define priorities.
- Coordinate and oversee the integration process across multiple teams.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparent reporting on the status of the integrations backlog.
