Sr. Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a business analyst, who will lead the business projects from requirements and solution side, working with the stakeholders and maintaining the development process.
• Analyzing incoming requirements and converting them into features or stories, that should include details about system expected behavior, business rules, design constarints, etc. Therefore technical expertise is strongly required.
• Technical solution development and documentation with diagrams, system requirements and contracts.
• Dividing larger features into the system-level user stories for development team.
• Supporting teams during the development: clarifying requirements, helping SQA with test scenarios coverage, organizing external demo sessions, etc.
• Planning, performing and implementing process improvement initiatives to make sure that the team stays on top of things.
• Knowledge of UML and ability to build different kinds of solution and process diagrams
• Experience as software developer (ideally web services)
• Basic SQL knowledge. Ability to write queries and build simple dashboards
• Ability to decompose requirements and build technical solutions based on them
