Senior Recruiter - GTM - USA (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Source and personally engage passive GTM candidates directly, including candidates who are not actively job searching and would not otherwise apply
• Build and run targeted search strategies for a number of open, hard-to-fill GTM roles (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Operations) rather than a high-volume requisition load
• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles end to end, from candidate list and outreach through offer and close
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations against the current market, and adjust search strategy in real time
• Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer
• Bring market insight on GTM talent availability and compensation to hiring conversations
• Use AI tools to sharpen search strategy and speed up sourcing research, so more of your time goes to actual conversations
