Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques on LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build hiring strategies, and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure a transparent, efficient, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire) and maintain compliance with legal hiring standards in all documentation.
