Webflow is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on technical presence in our Buenos Aires office. You'll be the first line of support for employees, resolving tickets through our help desk using state of the art, AI powered support tooling, while also owning the technology that makes our office run and our biggest moments land.
Responsibilities
- Resolve employee tickets through our help desk, leveraging AI powered support tooling to triage, troubleshoot, and close issues efficiently
- Own audio visual setup at the office
- Partner with the Workplace Experience team on ordering and provisioning equipment and supporting our office space
- Maintain hardware and software inventory, where necessary
