Responsibilities
- Create compelling 9x16 video ads that balance strong storytelling, brand expression, and performance goals.
- Own edits from rough cut through final delivery, including pacing, sound design, color, finishing, and overall polish.
- Edit in Premiere and After Effects, incorporating AI tools when they meaningfully improve the creative or workflow.
- Produce a high volume of new concepts, variations, and iterations while maintaining a strong level of craft.
- Stay current on editing styles, social trends, AI tools, and emerging creative formats, bringing relevant ideas to how Ro shows up across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
- Work closely with creative and growth partners to translate ideas and feedback into finished work quickly and independently.
