We’re looking for a Lead Brand & Growth Marketer- Executive Initiatives to help expand TRM’s talent brand reach and community presence. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, channel strategy, and community activation—helping ensure TRM’s talent brand shows up in the right places, in front of the right people, at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Build a Safer World.
- Partner with the Talent + Marketing teams to adapt and distribute content across the channels and formats most likely to reach priority talent
- Build relationships with technical communities, professional networks, universities, and other talent partners
- Manage paid campaigns and sponsorships across LinkedIn, newsletters, and relevant technical communities
- Identify and test new channels and programs that can expand TRM’s reach with priority talent segments
