Debt Collection Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategic Recovery Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies for B2B debt, specifically focusing on partners, affiliates, and international accounts.
• Optimize the recovery lifecycle to minimize loss and maximize liquidity within the iGaming ecosystem.
• External Agency & Overseas Oversight
• Act as the primary point of contact for external collection agencies and third-party collectors in overseas jurisdictions.
• Negotiate contracts, set performance benchmarks (liquidation rates), and conduct regular audits to ensure international partners meet company standards.
• Legal Coordination & Case Preparation
• Documentation Management
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive document packages (including contracts, communication logs, and financial statements) to support legal actions and litigation.
• Global Legal Liaison: Work closely with the internal Legal team and external counsel to initiate litigation for high-value asset recovery across different jurisdictions.
