SAP Concur Senior Marketing Analyst​

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to business objectives, define measurement strategies, and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions
• Identify progress or gaps to monthly, quarterly goals and annual goals, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers impacting performance
• Design, develop, and continuously enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models to support growth planning, forecasting, funnel optimization, and pipeline management
• Lead cross-channel performance analysis and attribution initiatives to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize investment decisions, and improve ROI
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations that improve customer engagement, buying experiences, conversion rates, and channel efficiency
• Translate complex analyses into compelling executive-ready narratives through effective data visualization, reporting, and storytelling
• Establish and maintain KPI definitions, measurement standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and trust in reporting
• Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Strategy, Technology, and Automation teams to improve data quality, segmentation, reporting capabilities, and measurement methodologies
• Influence business decisions through regular engagement with regional and global marketing leaders, including participation in business reviews and planning processes
• Gather stakeholder feedback, identify gaps or opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes
